Monitor, Manage, and Update
Distributed USB security risks blind spots, inconsistent policies, and outdated definitions. The Management Server unifies control of every TYREX Decontamination Station.
Deploy USB Security Policies
Configure security policies once and deploy them to every station in your network. Ensure consistent USB security rules across all locations.
Access Real-Time Analytics
Track every scan, threat detection, and USB security event. Access aggregate logs and KPIs for complete visibility.
Automate Updates
Push new malware signatures and system updates to connected Decontamination Stations.
Designed for Any USB Security Environment
Web-Based Administration
Security teams and administrators can configure stations, review security reports, and adjust policies from any device with a web browser.
Choose the deployment model that suits your infrastructure and security posture. Opt for convenient cloud-based management or maintain network isolation with on-premise or network-isolated deployments.
Air-Gapped and Offline Operation
Secure removable devices in sensitive or regulated environments that require network isolation. In air-gapped deployments, administrators can transfer data with trusted USB devices for centralized analysis and reporting.
Automated Threat Intelligence Updates
The Management Server connects to TYREX’s secure update infrastructure to retrieve the latest threat data and updates. Compliance frameworks, including NIST SP 800-53 and CIS Critical Security Controls, require organizations to maintain current antivirus signatures for USB decontamination.
SIEM Integration for Enterprise Security
Export security events to your SIEM platform through the built-in Syslog API. The Management Server collects USB security data from connected stations and distributes it to enterprise security systems for unified threat detection and incident response.
Trusted by 350+ organizations worldwide across energy, manufacturing, maritime, aerospace, and government.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Management Server required to operate TYREX Decontamination Stations?
No. TYREX Decontamination Stations function independently without the Management Server. Each station performs complete USB scanning and decontamination on its own. The Management Server is recommended for organizations that need centralized security event monitoring or reporting across multiple stations, but single-station deployments or small installations often operate effectively without centralized management.
How does the Management Server handle environments without network connectivity?
The Management Server operates in fully offline mode for air-gapped environments. In disconnected deployments, administrators manually transfer logs from individual stations using trusted USB devices, then upload them to the Management Server for analysis. Policy updates and configurations can be deployed to stations through the same manual transfer process.
What happens if the Management Server becomes unavailable?
TYREX Stations continue operating with their existing configurations. Each station maintains its current scanning profiles, antivirus definitions, and security policies locally.
How does the Management Server integrate with our existing security tools?
The Management Server exports security events through a Syslog API that connects to most SIEM platforms and security analytics tools. You can correlate USB threats with other security events, trigger automated responses, and include USB security metrics in enterprise security dashboards.
What deployment model should we choose?
- SaaS deployment provides the fastest implementation and lowest operational overhead. It is ideal for distributed organizations.
- On-premise deployment gives complete control over data and infrastructure for organizations with strict data residency requirements.
- Air-gapped deployment serves highly secure environments with mandatory network isolation.
